Turnstone signs new tenant for Edinburgh House

Turnstone Estates has signed up global environmental monitoring solution manufacturer Cogent Environmental - bought by technology provider Modern Water in February - to take space at its Edinburgh House development on St John's Innovation Park, Cambridge.

Cogent Environmental has signed for a 1,293 sq ft lab in the modern office building after signing a three year lease with Turnstone. It will pay a rent of £25.00 per sq ft with a three month rent free period.

Edinburgh House is a modern laboratory and office building situated on a 1.52 acre site on the St John's Innovation Park on the northern fringe of Cambridge. Other tenants include telecommunications services provider OpenCloud and drug development company Nuformix. 13,250 sq ft remains available to let.
