With a further two suites under offer, it now has less than 14,000 sq ft to let.
The new deals have been signed with multiphysics modelling and simulation software company Comsol Ltd and component design and manufacturer specialist Elektron plc.

Elektron has leased a 6,041 sq ft suite on the ground floor and will pay a rent of £26.75 per sq ft on a 15 year lease with a break at 10. The deal includes a rent free period equivalent to twelve months.
The new lettings follow the news in January that an educational charity had taken 5,878 sq ft of space on the third floor of the building, joining European patent and trademark attorneys HLBBshaw Group; molecular biology, single photon detection and nanothechnology specialists Base 4 Innovation; and Nokia Research who already have research facilities at the site.
The 42,219 sq ft Broers Building forms part of the Hauser Forum at the West Cambridge Research and Development Park at the University of Cambridge. The four floor building is available to let for organisations engaged in the field of commercial research and development.
