Success for Turnstone at Pampisford Park


Turnstone Estates has let the final vacant 14,440 sq ft (1,341 sq m) unit at Pampisford Park, its South Cambridge business and industrial park development, to Sareum Ltd.

The bio-tech company will take unit 2 for office, research and production use on a 10-year lease with a break clause at the end of the third year. The quoting rent was 10 per sq ft (107 per sq m).

Success For Turnstone at Pampisford ParkThe 3.53 acre (1.43ha) Pampisford Park site comprises two self-contained buildings (units 2 and 3) suitable for a wide range of uses, including office, laboratory, research and production. Unit 3 (13,678 sq ft, 1,271 sq m) was recently let to Xention Discovery, a Cambridge-based drug discovery company. Detailed planning consent exists for a further 15,241 sq ft (1,433 sq m) self-contained building (unit 1).
