The sale comprises 10 one-bedroom homes, sold as empty shells. The homes will be completed and fitted out by HHP and made available for rent exclusively to key workers at a sub-market rent, with nominations from Cambridge City Council.
Chan Abraham, Group CEO of Luminus Group which incorporates HHP, comments: 'We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with our partners on this site. We are keeping the work mostly in-house, using our highly skilled workforce. We are confident the end product will be one that adds value to this site and provides great homes for people who do some of the most essential work in Cambridge.'
The site is located in Turnstone's Cambridge Leisure scheme, located just over a mile from Cambridge city centre.
Januarys and Jeffersons advised Turnstone Estates, while HHP represented themselves.
Established in 1989, Turnstone is one of the most active and dynamic property companies in the south east of England.
