Further lettings at Greenwood House, Chelmsford


Turnstone Estates and Royal London Group have secured a new tenant at Greenwood House, the 51,104,sq ft (4,748 sqm) office development on New London Road, Chelmsford.

A private tenant has taken 1,982 sq ft (184 sqm) of first floor refurbished space on a 10-year lease at a rent of 20 per sq ft (215 per sqm). Existing tenants include AllianzFurther Lettings at Greenwood House, Chelmsford Cornhill, Gadsby Wickes and Handelsbanken.

This new letting confirms just how well the market has received the product. With other space under offer, we now have very little left to rent at this property.'
