8 sqm) of additional A1 space at St Nicholas Park, its mixed-use scheme in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
Detail planning consent was granted by Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council for a change of use on the site adjacent to existing retail units.
The nine acre (3.6 hectare) development, north of Kings Lynn town centre, comprises 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sqm) of retail space, along with residential units developed by Broadland Housing Association.
St Nicholas Park is anchored by Netto, which has taken a 10,000 sq ft (929 sqm) unit and is due to begin trading in May 2005. Other tenants include Wickes, Farmfoods and Choices.
Nick Scott of Turnstone Estates comments: 'St Nicholas Park is already providing valuable additional retail facilities for Kings Lynn. Take up of space from retailers such as Netto shows confidence in the scheme and reflects the demand for additional A1 space.'
Mason Owen and Bidwells are joint letting agents.
