The Cambridge office of has been awarded Investors in People status (IIP).

A detailed assessment of the firm's people management processes was undertaken by a team of external assessors, who interviewed a selection of staff across the office. Areas assessed included communications, induction, planning, performance reviews, management effectiveness and training and development processes.
Andrea Mawby, Human Resources Advisor at the Cambridge Office said: 'motivated and contented people are crucial to the success of any business and being awarded IIP status is very important evidence of achieving this.'
Research by the Hambledon Group shows that companies achieving the IIP Standards will have employees who are three times more likely to enjoy their work.
