Adrenaline Creative in the driving seat

Acclaimed design agency, Adrenaline Creative, has been appointed by prestigious car manufacturer, Bentley.

The Cambridge and Peterborough based company has been commissioned to design a training handbook for Bentley staff worldwide - in the United Kingdom, United States, across Europe and in the Far East.



'We have worked in partnership with Bentley to produce a manual that is clear and effective for staff members whilst retaining the prestige that is associated with the brand', explained Andrew Ashworth, Marketing Director of Adrenaline Creative. 'This has certainly been an interesting project, not least because the text had to be translated into five different European and Asian languages'.



The manual has been developed to ensure that Bentley owners continue to receive consistent high levels of customer service regardless of whether they live in Hong Kong or London.



Adrenaline was chosen to work on a similar project for the United Kingdom and America in 2002. The result was so well-received that they were Bentley's first choice to produce this year's handbooks for dealerships across the globe.
