Printos and GIS enjoy ITMA success

Visitors to Munich’s giant ITMA 2007 (International Textiles and Materials) exhibition flocked to the eye-catching Printos stand, where, using newly developed printheads, breathtaking prints rolled off the printer in real time.

Printos specialise in deep pile textile printing and their collaboration with Global Inkjet Systems (GIS) has addressed and resolved the issues associated with this type of work.

At the heart of Printos’ new printhead is the electronics and drive software, designed by GIS. This enables the printhead to deliver not only outstanding, detailed images but exceptional colour management, (using only four colours) consistent penetration and accurate, repeatable quality.

Printos General Manager Stewart Wiltshire says “our customers agree that our new Printhead configuration offers them increased flexibility and better print control.
GIS dedicated input helps us to move into a robust sales and marketing cycle with total confidence in our product.”
