Tom (pictured left with Lee Welham, centre, and Ollie Smith, right) will be concentrating his time on supporting the growth of local technology companies, including those already listed on the main market or AIM, and those looking to list in the future. As well as providing core audit services, Tom has helped a wide range of companies through the provision of transaction support services, main market and AIM IPO services and support with private/public bond issuances.
Ollie specialises in providing tax advice on transactions for a variety of corporate and private markets clients including private equity funds, as well as advising private equity backed companies on their tax affairs throughout their investment lifecycle.
Commenting on the promotions, Paul Schofield, Deloitte's senior partner for East Anglia, said: “This latest round of promotions underlines our investment in, and commitment to the region. We have a real focus on developing our people and it’s particularly pleasing to see team members like Tom and Ollie progress through the firm to senior roles. They have already made a huge contribution and we look forward to seeing them develop further – supporting their clients and our teams as we look to move into our new offices at One the Square, Station Place in the next few months.”

As well as focussing on the life sciences and technology sectors for which the region has become so renowned, the office has long standing specialisms in other sectors including the professions, consumer business, food and agribusiness.
