Expanding Hewitsons appoints new Partner and Head of Real Estate Litigation

Hewitsons has appointed a new Partner to lead its highly respected Real Estate Litigation team, reinforcing the law firm’s position as a key player in this specialist area of practice.

Natalie Minott has joined Hewitsons as Head of Real Estate Litigation, as part of firm-wide plans to grow its six-strong team across its offices in Cambridge, Northampton, London and Milton Keynes, to meet client demand for this specialist service.

Natalie has joined Hewitsons from Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP in Cambridge, where she was a Principal Associate in their Real Estate Litigation team and brings with her a wealth of experience in property cases as well as strong management credentials.

Natalie has acted for a wide range of clients at a national level as well as regionally, ranging from corporations, investors and residential developers to institutions - both landlords and tenants - in various sectors, including energy, education, transport, retail and finance.

Natalie said: “I’m honoured to be asked to head such a highly-regarded team of Real Estate Litigation experts, especially at such an exciting time of growth for Hewitsons.

Hewitsons’ Real Estate Litigation team is one of a number of specialist practice groups in the firm’s Disputes and Litigation practice, which also include, commercial litigation, construction, contentious trusts & probate, insolvency, intellectual property and planning and regulatory and the firm has an established and growing reputation for its agricultural disputes work.
