Company Founder is on 'most influential women in Planning' list 2020
Emma Drake, Henbe's company founder has been added to the sought after 'top 60 most influential women in Planning 2020'. There were 224 nominations and judges looked for, they said;
- timeliness (we wanted to feel that nominees had had an impact in the last two years)
- five areas of influence: policy change, culture change in planning, communities, the new and developing generations of planners, the reputation of the profession
- the X-factor, because some people just stand out.
Emma said: "I am thrilled to be on the list in the media and communications category and amongst so many amazing women, it was a total surprise! Personally, for me, it demonstrates that you don't necessarily need to be a senior board member or in a position of power managing huge teams to be influential and make an impact. We can all be influential in our work roles and just need to be the absolute best we can, be brave and go for those opportunities, and demonstrate a real passion for what we do."
