What's coming up at Cambridge TV Training
Make your video content look more professional. Cambridge TV Training has a range of short courses coming up that could improve your knowledge and skills.
25 March: A smartphone workshop from 9.30am to 1.30pm will show you how to capture better video content, whether for YouTube, social media or business websites. It's a practical session, so bring your smartphone and your charger. The session will cover everything from getting the best out of your subject through to camera skills and techniques. There will also be advice on sound and captions, and advice on moving forward with your own projects and ideas.
8 April: A full day of video editing tuition, suitable for beginners and improvers. You will be taught your choice of either Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro in a small group. You will learn how to create a radio edit, and how to clean your work and export it correctly. Tuition can also include how to create title sequences and vision effects.
25 April: The new term of eight Saturday training sessions starts. The first session is camera training and can also be taken as a taster session. Saturday sessions focus on teaching a different skill each week, with practical tuition followed by putting that skill into practice. The range of skills includes filming, sound, lighting, editing, studio work and more.
25 May: The teens holiday course runs for four days during the May holiday, from Monday 25 May to Thursday 28 May inclusive. If you know a 13-16 year old who is fascinated by video and would like to learn some new skills, send them to Cambridge TV Training.
One to one tuition and workplace group tuition is also available. Further information is available from: https://www.cambridgetvschool.co.uk/
