Cambridge Network's response to the Covid-19 outbreak - a series of free webinars* - continues this week, with a look at how to get the best out of virtual teams.

**Update** The 11am session is now full. Please book onto the 12.30pm session here

Useful for anyone in or leading a team, the sessions on Thursday 26th March (11am - 12pm & 12.30pm - 1.30pm) will be led by business psychologist and coach Sheila McDerment.

Sheila says: "Ten days into virtual working and we are all learning new ways of interacting. Any change brings challenges and this is especially true now.

“When times are difficult it is even more important than ever that teams work together effectively, to support each other and still deliver business results. Working remotely adds an extra layer of challenge to this. Understanding how to stay focused, connected and well in a virtual environment will help you deal positively with this challenge.”

To support your business, this webinar will help with the challenge of virtual working and explore how to get the best out of virtual teams. The topics covered will be:

  •     Keeping focused - how to deal with anxiety in uncertain times.
  •     Staying connected - how to ensure that virtual communication and virtual team meetings continue to support team performance.
  •     Staying well at home - looking after yourself and your team.

Please sign up here to take part. You will be sent a link to join via Zoom prior to the start time.

*Last week's webinar, by communications consultant Simon Hall, was oversubscribed - so Simon kindly did two sessions back to back. Read about his experience and his top tips for crisis communications, or watch a recording of the webinar here.

Demand for this webinar means it is being repeated in conjunction with Cambridge BID tomorrow (Weds 25 March) at 2pm - sign up here>>>
