With over 20 years’ experience, Lisa has handled a vast number of client matters relating to private family law including finances, children and cohabitation. She has developed a specialism for financial matters and issues that arise in a mixed case load including clients with business interests, interesting pension arrangements and trusts.
Denise has operated exclusively in private client cases since 2002 and qualified as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2008. She primarily deals with divorce and finances; including dealing with businesses on divorce, different types of pension schemes, tax issues and cases involving trusts.

Lisa and Denise are based at Birketts’ Norwich office but support colleagues across Birketts’ four offices: Cambridge, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Norwich.
Birketts' Family Lawyers are members of Resolution and include accredited specialists, mediators, collaborative practitioners and Family Law Arbitrators who can provide family law advice and support which best suits a client’s particular needs.
