At call hr we know the importance of keeping our skills up to date.  Living up to our ‘forward thinking hr’, we are absolutely delighted that our Managing Director, Sam Sales has been accredited as Master Associate for Emergenetics Selection Program (ESP).  Sam is currently the only Master Trainer in Europe for ESP.

What does this mean?

As well as providing the ESP tool to clients who are recruiting or developing assessment centres, Sam is now the trainer for all ESP Associates who would like to use the tool.

Sam explained ‘the companies we work with who use ESP are certainly seeing the benefits of better hiring decisions and importantly better on-boarding processes.  The profiling tool is certainly revolutionising hiring decisions’.

The tool certainly helps to save money from poor hiring decisions, and importantly it makes the candidate experience, and new employee experience much more tailored to get the best out of them.

The tool focusses on Motivators and Aptitudes – in one assessment, and can be tailored to the job, which we know is very unusual.

Our Talent Search Director, Jo Lee is also a qualified Associate for ESP and Jo explains ‘it is now an integral part of our search approach, and both candidates and employer certainly get a benefit from using the tool’.

We are seeing an increase of companies using the tool, and with Sam taking on the Master Associate role, we have fantastic knowledge about the tool and how we can get the best out of it for businesses.
