Cambridge Ahead gains three more new members

Three more organisations have recently joined Cambridge Ahead, taking the total number of organisations that are Full Members to 28. The three new organisations are TTP Group Plc, Xaar Plc, and RAND Europe.

TTP Group is the Queen’s Award winning technology and product development company based at the Melbourn Science Park, Cambridge. The Technology Partnership, established over 25 years ago, has evolved and grown into TTP Group, a range of businesses focussed on meeting the needs of companies planning to flourish through the use of technology and innovation. The CEO is Peter Taylor and the total employee count is 350.

Xaar PLC, established in 1990, is a world class manufacturer of industrial inkjet printheads with leading brand products. Based in the Cambridge Science Park with state of the art manufacturing sites in Huntingdon and Sweden, Xaar now has over 400 employees worldwide.  Alex Bevis is the Finance Director and Company Secretary.

Over the last twenty years RAND Europe, a not-for-profit research institute, has been working to help improve policy and decision-making through research and analysis. A European arm of the RAND Corporation, they are based at the Westbrook Centre, Cambridge. Hans Pung is the President and is responsible for leading more than 80 European staff.

Of these recent additions, Jane Paterson-Todd, CEO of Cambridge Ahead, commented, “I would like to welcome our three newest members, TTP, Xaar and RAND Corporation.
