Cambridge Carbon Footprint launches new training series to help climate action

The new Net Zero Skills series will provide four free training sessions to help Cambridge residents get started with taking climate action this March.

Following on from their hugely successful Net Zero Now training programme in South Cambridgeshire last year, Cambridge Carbon Footprint supported by Cambridge City Council are offering Net Zero Skills sessions to residents in and around Cambridge.

The training sessions will provide an introduction into climate action, with attendees learning how to get started tackling the climate emergency in their neighbourhoods, communities, places of work and study, social clubs and churches.

The sessions will take place online Wednesday evenings, 7 till 9pm, starting on the 2nd March. Each of the four sessions will focus on one topic around climate action, with participants able to choose to attend just one or all of the sessions. Each topic will be introduced by an expert guest speaker followed by an interactive learning activity. The individual sessions are:
