Cambridge Intelligence: Cultivating future software engineers

Cambridge Intelligence, the leading provider of data visualization and analysis solutions, is delighted to announce its new STEM graduate programme.

Over the years, Cambridge Intelligence, the leading provider of network visualization and analysis solutions, has built a smart and diverse team. Together, they have taken new technologies to hundreds of customers worldwide, transforming the way they see their data. The company is eager to continue its momentum as it grows and what better way than by shaping the next generation of software engineers?

Science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) graduates can apply to join a 12-month structured programme to develop individuals into skilled developers at Cambridge Intelligence. Upon completion of the programme, successful graduates will be offered a full-time, permanent position with the organization.

“New technologies are being adopted at such a pace that today's innovation is tomorrow's norm. To ensure that we remain at the forefront of the latest trends and developments we're hiring young, bright minds to join our team. We have developed an enriching programme that will provide successful candidates with a firm foundation to kick-start their careers,” said Scott Meintjes, Talent Acquisition Manager at Cambridge Intelligence.

Through the programme, graduates will receive first-hand access to every aspect of the business. They will build real functionality that gets shipped to customers, they’ll rotate through different roles, and discover the full workings of a fast-growing software company from sales and marketing to engineering and testing.

Cambridge Intelligence welcomes fresh undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD graduates, or people who graduated within the past few years. They should have at least an undergraduate qualification in a STEM subject ideally a 2:1 or higher. Applications are open now.

You can find out more about the programme, including the benefits and application process, on the Graduate Programme webpage.
