The Post-Brexit Organisational Review tool is free to use and shows what employers’ responsibilities are now the Brexit grace period has ended, with specially designed versions for businesses, charities, independent schools, state schools and religious orders.

Users answer a series of questions on staffing - such as whether they are aware of changes to Right to Work checks - then enter an email address to receive a personal recommendation for their organisation.

Stone King’s Head of Immigration, Julie Moktadir, said: “With the Brexit grace period over, we want to help organisations ensure they are aware of the impact of Brexit on their HR and employment teams and recruitment now that the UK is no longer a part of the EU.

“The tool will help employers consider their strategic decisions post-Brexit, and determine the potential impacts of the end of free movement on their organisations.

“It has a particular focus on the changes for European nationals and the review tool is easy to use and gives free follow-up results.”

The tool also supports organisations that have a sponsorship licence, helping them to identify any strategic actions they need to take.

The tool and further information can be found here.

Stone King is at Bateman House, Hills Road in Cambridge.
