Samuel Reynolds (pictured left)  joins as a Corporate Finance Executive. An ACA Chartered Accountant who trained at PEM, Sam has made the move to work with a wide variety of owner-managed business clients and with a particular focus on providing lead advisory on corporate sales and management buyouts. Sam also has a BSc (Hons) Physics degree from the University of Leeds.

Tomos James (right) joins the team in the role as Analyst and trainee. He joins us from the University of Exeter where he recently finished a MSc Financial Analysis and Fund Management. He will be undertaking research and analysis on behalf of clients and the M&A team

Lake Falconer, Partner at PEMCF said: “I warmly welcome Samuel to the team who has made the very short journey from audit to his new advisory role. He is already adding value for our clients in current projects. In addition, we’re excited to have Tomos join the team who is starting out on his advisory career. We have strong deal flow and ongoing recruitment for new team members so we can continue to deliver practical, high quality, and timely insight to our clients.”
