Clear winner for Amadeus


Hermann Hauser's venture capital company, Amadeus, has led a 6.

75 million financing of Clearswift, an e-mail content security business.

Clearswift was founded in 1983 as Net-Tel and now operates in a market expected to be worth 675 million by 2004.

Amadeus has also announced its own new director and financial supremo, John Duffy.

He joins from Baring Private Equity Partners.

Amadeus now manages 285 million and is planning to expand its Cambridge and London offices.
