Did you know mentoring isn't just about giving careers advice?

Form the Future's Mentoring Programme is expanding. Would you like to take part?

Form the Future needs more inspiring professionals to build 1-2-1 relationships with young people and help them to gain confidence, motivation, resilience and direction.

Some young people don’t have anyone else – teachers or family members – to speak to about the possibilities that exist beyond school. Others may have a clear idea of what career they’d like to pursue, but are unsure about what skills or experience they need.

You could work together to discuss personal motivations and achieve agreed goals, such as choosing subjects or researching career pathways.

Form the Future's Mentoring Programme will:

  • match you with your mentee based on your shared interests
  • provide you with training and facilitate all meetings
  • enable you to benefit from a rewarding personal experience, knowing that sharing your passion for what you do will make a positive difference to the life of a young person.

Get in touch if have any queries or if you would like to find out more and complete a profile form.
