International Coaching Week is an initiative run by the International Coaching Federation and is a global celebration of the coaching profession. As an ICF member, Energised Focus founder, Teresa Roberts wanted to play her part in spreading the word about the effectiveness of coaching. "Coaching has been so beneficial to me as a leader, manager, business owner and parent.", she said, "With a completely bespoke approach and one-to-one focus, coaching is a powerful way to get clarity and make progress in a whole range of situations. Offering free breakthrough sessions will hopefully mean that people who have maybe thought about coaching, but never taken the plunge will have a chance to dip their toe in the water."
