Explore Independent Cambridge: Ta Bouche

In a regular series of articles on this site, the Cambridge Network joins with Independent Cambridge to celebrate the fantastic range of independent retailers we have on our doorstep. Read this week about the popular city centre venue, Ta Bouche.

Nestled in among the streets and passages of the city’s most vibrant area is Ta Bouche – sister bar to the fabulous La Raza.

The wonderful outdoor seating area on Market Passage gives the bar and restaurant a marvellous continental feel. Ta Bouche has a unique character and its versatility is outstanding. Whether for brunch, lunch, coffee or drinks, this is the perfect location.

The welcoming ambience is relaxing – the décor is contemporary with walls enriched with black and white photographs. As the day progresses, so does the flow of music. Complemented by the swift service, the volume increases around 10pm to more energy and fun.

Transcending into nightfall there are marvellous cocktails – created by the talented bartenders – which can be spontaneous and conjured up to personal specifications. The cocktails are always popular and delight the young people, and all contribute to a good time.

This popular venue has everything you could wish for; its magnetic vibe will entice you back.
