It was announced this week that, despite government efforts to publicise its Stakeholder Pension legislation that comes in to force next April, many smaller businesses are still unaware that Stakeholder Pensions are compulsory or have taken any steps to implement a scheme.

On 21 September CCF Financial Services is holding its second in-depth seminar on Stakeholder for local businesses. The Seminar is designed to explain the background to Stakeholder Pensions, the legislation requirements and how it affects businesses whether they have an existing pension scheme or not.

The seminar is being held at CCF's Sawston headquarters at 17.30 on Thursday 21 September and will include a presentation by Michael Morrow of Scottish Amicable - part of the Prudential Group that is working closely with the Government in the lead up to Stakeholder.

The seminars are open to all and anyone wishing to attend, who has not received an invitation, should contact John Abraham in order to secure a place. There is no charge for the seminar.
