Joint sponsorship with IBM agreed for e-mail centre at TEHRE 2001/M-Health Europe







HCC De Facto has confirmed its commitment to the promotion of excellence in the field of Healthcare IT by agreeing to become joint sponsor with IBM of the e-mail centre at the forthcoming 'Towards the Electroni

c Health Record' (TEHRE) 2001/m-Health Conference and Exhibition.



Organised by CAEHR, and to be held at the Caf Royal in London from November 11th -14th, this will be run concurrently with the 6th Annual European Health IT Conference and the 1st Annual Conference on Mobile and Wireless Healthcare Applications.



Commenting on the decision to sponsor the event, Kevin Payne, Head of Healthcare Communications at HCC De Facto, said, 'Since we are already implementing PR programmes for a number of clients in the healthcare IT sector, we are very supportive of the latest advances in electronic health records and mobile technology and helping users spread the word about their exciting new developments.'



HCC De Facto has recently helped in the promotion of new wireless communications technology on behalf of iSOFT, remote access PACS images on behalf of Agfa and speech processing for Philips.
