The event is being held from 7-10 October 2019, built around its strategic Digital Printing Conference, and including a Mergers & Acquisitions forum, Market Reports Live sessions and the Inkjet Academy.
Digital Printing Conference 2019 9-10 October 2019
IMI Europe’s flagship strategic industry conference returns for its 20th anniversary. The conference is for those wishing to understand the direction of the industry over the coming years, with topics including a Drupa 2020 preview, industry consolidation and applications including packaging, direct-to-shape and many more. The conference will include market updates from leading analysts, views from industry pacesetters, perspectives from key end users and new technology introductions from inkjet innovators. As well as formal presentations, the conference programme will include panel sessions covering key topics.
The Conference programme is determined by a Strategic Advisory Board of industry luminaries whose expertise covers a wide range of technology and applications in digital printing. The Strategic Advisory Board comprises Martin Schoeppler, CEO of Fujifilm Dimatix, Marco Boer, Vice President at IT Strategies, Pete Saunders, Global Director – Digital Businesses at Sun Chemical, Kenneth Stack, President of Proximus LLC and Mike Willis, Managing Director of Pivotal Resources.

After its debut in 2017 the Mergers & Acquisitions Forum returns for 2019. This session will cover perspectives from both the buy side and sell side of key transactions. Leading analysts and experts will give an overview of the industry M&A scene, review key transactions as case studies, and give advice and experiences. The forum will be chaired by Kenneth D. Stack, President of Proximus LLC.

The world-famous Inkjet Academy is aimed at people wishing to understand the essential aspects of the technology. The event is delivered by Dr Alan Hudd of Alchemie Technology and Mike Willis of Pivotal Resources, the founders of the Inkjet Academy, who have been presenting this course since 1998.
