Office 365's reporting overhaul
Microsoft are improving the reporting structure and data available using Power BI, but will it tell you what you need to know? The new Office 365 adoption content pack enables you to visualise and analyse Office 365 usage data, create custom reports, share the insights within your organization, and pivot by attributes such as location and department.

This announcement shows some awesome new reports, and the content looks way more intuitive to dig into than the current audit log search, which is available in the compliance centre.
With most organisations already adopting a monthly subscription plan over the perpetual licence, its now more important than ever to ensure that people are getting the most out of the tools the organisation provides. With an increase in the uptake of SharePoint online for data rooms and privileged collaboration spaces, Business Cloud Integration Ltd have developed a service for data storage, retention and customised reporting of your site usage. It is possible to show reporting on who logged in, what was viewed or downloaded, and what documents were amended and when, a function that we are finding more and more of our clients need.
We love this new pack, and the majority of reports will be there, but who is keeping your organisation’s audit data? How long are you keeping it for? What else do you need to know about your Office 365 performance that you would like to see reporting for? We’d love to hear from you on what you need, and see whether our new service can help you…
