Investment in nGame, provider of interactive content for WAP and next generation entertainment channels

is pleased to announce that it is to lead a 1 million investment, in conjunction with a number of investors, in nGame, a leading provider of gaming content for the

mobile Internet and interactive television sectors. nGame had already secured capital of 500,000 prior to this investment. Of the total investment of 1 million, 540,000 is being provided by Oxygen, representing 7 percent of nGame's total issued share capital.

nGame was founded by Cambridge graduates in 1997 to exploit the market for multi-player gaming experiences for Digital Interactive Television (DITV) and other next generation entertainment platforms. nGame's innovative server technology leads the field in script-generation for cross-platform gaming which has led to a contract with a leading UK DITV service. In addition, nGame has developed a number of multi-player titles suitable for WAP and I-mode platforms. The company is currently in talks with a number of mobile telephone manufacturers and network operators regarding the global licensing of these titles.

The proceeds will be used for the purposes of further product development and implementation of a worldwide marketing strategy.

Mike Edelson, Executive Chairman commented: 'nGame is a great example of the talent coming out of universities such as Cambridge.

'Digital Interactive Television is set to change home entertainment completely. Multi-player interactive gaming experiences, currently restricted to a small section of Internet users, will soon be available to a mass market. We believe that this investment will give Oxygen exposure to these cross-platform market opportunities, especially the potentially explosive area of mobile Internet access.'
