Phil O'Donovan becomes advisor to TTP Ventures
As a co-founder of CSR plc, where he has been Managing Director, Sales Director and Commercial Director, Dr O'Donovan played a leading role in the formation and growth of one of Cambridge's most successful companies.
Gerry Fitzsimons, CEO of TTP Ventures commented: "I am delighted that Phil will act as an advisor to us. TTP Ventures has already had some notable successes in our investments in fabless semiconductor and wireless related opportunities. Phil's many years experience in the communications sector - in creating Cambridge Silicon Radio and, before that, at Cambridge Consultants - can only enhance our activities in this area".
"I've known TTP for some time and am looking forward very much to working with TTP Ventures" said Phil O'Donovan. "I hope that my experience will give me valuable insights on the issues facing TTP Ventures' portfolio companies and that the relationship will result in us identifying new opportunities where we can work together."
