Milton Keynes is becoming the new office capital of Buckinghamshire with the arrival of a new Regus business centre, bringing the prospect of an influx of new businesses and employment opportunities to the area.

Atterbury Lakes is located on Fairbourne Drive, Atterbury in a parkland setting, with easy access to the town's facilities. It provides fully equipped and instantly available offices with meeting and conference rooms and videoconferencing facilities as well as a cyber cafe.

Each office is available on flexible terms, which provides businesses with the ability to upsize or downsize without the need to make long term commitments.

Sean Morgan, Regus managing director, said: 'Other new centres of this size have attracted up to twenty five new businesses and helped to create one hundred and twenty five new jobs.

'The new centre is ideal for both large and small companies needing flexible office accommodation be it on a long or a short term basis. Milton Keynes will benefit from the flow of business which the centre is expected to generate and will also be of service to business people visiting the area.'

The new centre, which is scheduled to open in April, will also offer Regus' Link and Touchdown service packages.

Link provides businesses, both large and small, with a virtual office at a prestigious business address, without the need to actually be there.

Mail, fax and telephone forwarding are just some of the services provided by Regus Link. Touchdown allows business people travelling to the area instant access to office and meeting areas, which are available by the day or half day.
