This three-day programme sets out to define the role of Product Management. Detailing the characteristics of a successful Product Manager, students learn where to focus their efforts to be most effective and how to balance tactical and strategic activities.

Effective Communication Skills Any review of essential management skills always puts effective communication close to the top of the list. Yet poor communication is at the root of many problems. This workshop will help managers understand their own communication style, the essentials of good communication and develop their confidence to communicate effectively.

Train the Trainer The Trainer needs to establish credibility within the first 30 minutes of any training intervention, then build on that to make it a valuable and enjoyable learning experience that changes performance. This workshop will give you the tools and techniques necessary for achieving this.
