If your job involves communication - and just about every role does - why not kick-start the new year by improving your skills? A one-day course from Cambridge Network's Learning Collaboration in January will help you do just that, and gain valuable Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points at the same time.

Effective Communication on Thursday 18th January will help you to understand your own communication style, recognise the essentials of good communication and develop your confidence to communicate effectively.

By the end of the workshop - which takes place at Barclays Eagle Labs (7-8 Clifton Court, Cherry Hinton Road, Cambridge CB1 7BN) - you will:

  •     understand the essential ingredients of effective communication
  •     have an understanding of your own communication style
  •     have developed your own communication skills
  •     have gained confidence in how to effectively influence others.

CPD Points: 6.5
