Designed and built by Free Rein Ltd, Events Finder, the UK’s leading events search portal, is moving to a new address www.business-events.org.uk on 17 October.
All of the features offered on the original Business Link Event Finder website (www.events.businesslink.gov.uk) will be retained and will continue to be supported.
Designed and built by Free Rein Ltd, the site was originally developed for Business Link to meet the demanding requirements of complex HMRC road-shows and other complex events that standard event booking sites could not manage.
The site was one of those well kept secrets that abound in the East of England. But with the UK Cabinet Office and the UK Government Digital Services (GDS) taking charge of government websites, it was a service that they felt should be retained and promoted.
“Everyone at Free Rein is extremely pleased to have been asked to continue our involvement with this UK wide service to businesses and to help with the management and operation of the new Business Events Finder service going forward.” explained Tony Addison, Managing Director at Free Rein.
