How to deal with a career crisis hits the airwaves

Career management coaches Katherine Wiid and Lindsey Reed were recently delighted to be invited on to Cambridge Star Radio’s Business Hub to talk about the Skills Support for Redundancy Scheme (SSR) and the tailored career services they are able to offer professionals.

Over the course of the interview, Career Ambitions founders Katherine and Lindsey spoke about the length and levels of support they are able to offer talented individuals who have been affected by redundancy, find themselves without a job or are simply lacking confidence in themselves and/or their career direction. It proved to be a lively discussion with interviewer Mark Peters!

They discussed why the job market – particularly in Cambridge and Peterborough – was changing rapidly, how they can help people cope with anxiety when they lose their job and how Career Ambitions can work with individuals to help turn redundancy into a positive.
