Cordic have developed a secure gateway which automatically despatches One Transport jobs to the Cordic customer. If a job is cancelled by One Transport, this is automatically updated within cPAQ, Cordic’s market leading data despatch system, with no human intervention required.

Arani continues: “Jobs are now automatically passed within seconds from One Transport via the Cordic Gateway and into the taxi or private hire customer’s Cordic system.”
A Cordic customer was able to secure the contract for supplying Private Hire vehicles to the BBC by demonstrating the capabilities of the Cordic solution’s collaboration with One Transport.
The Cordic interface with One Transport and the BBC meant that they were able to offer the BBC an improved service along with increased features to fulfil the requirements of the tender.
Cordic Customers are able to use existing features including Ring back, Text on Arrive and Text on Accept for passenger customer service. The Cordic system supports One Transport multi-pickup jobs to encourage greener cab-sharing journeys.
Jobs can be automatically despatched to vehicles based on attributes and One Transport Special Requirements are fulfilled through the gateway interface.
