Cambridge Science Centre takes part in Science Festival

Cambridge Science Centre's opening month has been tremendous and it is now ramping up to take part in the Cambridge Science Festival, with three events offering something for everyone.

The Centre's latest newsletter is now avaliabe. It says:

We've had lots and lots and lots of visitors (many more than we had even hoped!) and we are really thankful for all the very positive and helpful feedback. We hope that all of you who visited us at 18 Jesus Lane had a great time.

If you have any thoughts on your experience or what we should offer, please do get in touch through info@cambridgesciencecentre.org or tweet us @camsciencecntr. We'd love to hear from you.

Coming up in our March programme is the great Cambridge Science Festival, for which we are planning three events:

Sunday Science (March 17) will be a brilliant day for families with budding scientists and engineers. Researchers from around Cambridge will be on hand to show and explain their work, and there will be a range of other special workshops and demonstrations.

Late Night Lab (March 19) sees our first event just for adults at 18 Jesus Lane, something we hope to repeat every month.

We will be heading over to the Institute for Manufacturing (March 23) with our great vertical wind tunnel for a fun day of learning about and making flying seeds, and whatever else you can make fly, spin or hover in mid-air.
