webster’s journey with Investors in People began in May 2005 with the achievement of the IIP Standard and followed up with the Silver status in June 2011. In the UK, Investors in People is the most successful framework for business improvement through people. A Gold Standard Accreditation is the highest level of recognition that organisations can achieve. It is only given to those firms which are able to demonstrate a degree of excellence in the way they develop and support their staff and only 7% of accredited organisations currently hold this prestigious status.
