Join politicians, senior business executives and academics to discuss hubris in leadership

Particularly important topic in current times

At a conference on 19 September, jointly organised by the Daedalus Trust and Cambridge Judge Business School, attendees have the chance to discuss the business side of hubris. It’s a great opportunity for seniors figures in business and government, academia and elsewhere to learn from each other about the effects of power on decision making.

In a video discussing his thoughts about the conference, Professor Bouras of King’s College London comments that hubris in leadership is a particularly important topic in current times. He comments that potential behavioural changes in leaders is quite problematic. The discussion and debate around leadership and changes in behaviour is important, as is acknowledging the effects on everyday life. Professor Bouras also talk about  the importance of debate and the production of evidence, which he hope will take place at September’s conference.
