This one day course combines the theory of behind Solid Phase Micro Extraction (SPME) and how to modify samples to improve results. It will use the this knowledge to create SPME methods, analyse samples and experiment with SPME parameters to see the effects.

These courses have a 50:50 mix of theory and hands-on practicals in a lab environment. This course will cover SPME and related techniques like SBSE and requires some knowledge of GC or GC-MS.
