More sales reported at Glenmore Business Park

The latest occupiers at Glenmore Business Park, Waterbeach, are medical training firm, Norvic, and leading petro-engineering consultancy, CTS. Both have purchased units of around 1,100 sq ft each, leaving just one unit in Phase One remaining of 1,500 sq ft.

One of the few new commercial developments around Cambridge in the past three years, Glenmore has reaped the benefits of the scarcity of quality business space.  Phase Two of the scheme is due to be completed in October, providing a further 14 units of between 1,200 and 1,500 sq ft each which can be acquired on either a freehold or leasehold basis.

Tom Owen of joint agents Cheffins said: “What has scored with occupiers has been the choice of either leasehold or freehold deals and the fact that the business park has developed into a clean and professional environment which has attracted a range of occupiers, not just in light industry. The units can double up as very cost effective office or product development space and we have also secured occupiers in the technology and IT sectors.”

Glenmore Business Park is on the A10 and three miles north of the Milton A14 junction.
