Professional service firm programme shortlisted for prestigious awards

Stonehage Ltd, a Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education client, has been nominated for the HR Excellence Awards 2014.

Stonehage Ltd, an international multi-family office, who is a client of Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School has been nominated for the HR Excellence Awards 2014, in the category for ‘Most successful change management strategy’, where the Cambridge Leadership Programme is seen as the focal point of the change programme.

This category is open for organisations that have successfully completed and implemented people-focused change programme. Entries can include the companies who brought in external resources to achieve a positive outcome.
The shortlisted entry – The Stonehage Leadership Development Programme – was especially designed for Stonehage Ltd and was carried out in July last year. During the short course Stonehage leaders were involved in discussions on leadership, strategy, high performance teams, talent management and change management.

Kate Griffiths-Lambeth, Global Head of Human Resources at Stonehage Ltd, said the CJBS Executive Education programme has been very well received by all and has helped with the global strategy. She said:

The winners of the awards will be announced in Gala dinner in London on 1 July 2014. The other shortlisted nominees include NATO, Fujitsu, Hilton Worldwide, Barclays Bank, Royal Mail, JP Morgan, McDonalds Restaurants, British Gas and others.
