Since starting life in a garden shed almost three years ago Cuttsy+Cuttsy, a Cambridge based agency specialising in live events, training and internal communications, has successfully achieved continuous growth despite the tough economic climate.
Cambridge based agency celebrates growth with a new look
Caroline Benson and brother Mathew Cutts founded the company in 2011 after years in the industry, realising there was a gap in the market for an independent agency built around good people with fantastic experience.
Last year, as their client base and team expanded, they swapped the garden shed for a barn, moving into office space based in the south of Cambridge.
The barn now houses a team of six, seeing two new recruits join this year who have brought with them a host of new skills to further support the company’s growth.
Caroline Benson, Director attributed the company’s success to the customer service they deliver saying “We truly believe that an agency can only grow if its clients are happy and are receiving the service they deserve - you only have one chance to get it right."
She added “Our on-going work with clients in industries such as healthcare, where strict rules and regulatory factors apply, is testament to the trust our clients place in us."
Cuttsy+Cuttsy intend to continue expanding their client base over the coming months. To support this goal they have just launched a new look website showcasing some of their work to-date including the launch of two new products in the pharmaceutical industry and producing a motivational event for a leading mobile phone manufacturer’s 250 strong European Sales and Marketing team.
Mathew Cutts, Creative Director commented “We have delivered some incredible projects in the last couple of years, so whilst still respecting our client’s confidentiality we wanted to create a website that would give potential new clients a better insight into what we can do for them."
