With the increasing need for documentation and installation certificates, ever-changing regulations, official sign-offs and approvals, it’s hard for the average lay-person to have the time, let alone the knowledge, to organise any sizable construction project.
Although very happy to offer assistance with a single design or construction task, Matthew is also trained in using AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design). So, for larger projects, he is able to produce full-colour drawings and if you require, incorporate structural engineering elements within these too.
Moving along the project timeline will probably bring you to the door of the local authority – to apply for planning permission and seek the all important approval of building control! Once again Matthew is able to liaise with the relevant people on your behalf, using his in-depth knowledge to get the go-ahead and approval needed.
So now it’s time to start building – the final stage and one Matthew is more than able to manage. Training on the restoration of the monastic Priory and Cannonry surrounding Ely Cathedral through to complete development of modern housing, shows the breadth of skills and experience Matthew and the
