Children enjoy the Marshall big ‘switch-on'

Each Christmas, residents, commuters and visitors travelling down Newmarket Road in Cambridge are greeted by the bright lights of the Marshall Christmas Tree.

Once again, Marshall of Cambridge invited children from Teversham Church of England Primary School to the Company to help switch on the Christmas Tree Lights at an annual event.  The winner of a Marshall-sponsored art competition (this year depicting ‘Christmas during the War’), judged by Mr Robert Marshall, Group Chief Executive, was Elisabetto Buso, who was given the opportunity to turn on the lights.

Children from the school entertained staff and parents with their singing.

Robert Marshall said: ‘The tree is once again quite magnificent.  We were delighted to welcome the staff, children and their families from Teversham Church of England School to Marshall of Cambridge for this annual ceremony to switch on the lights.’
