Whether you are looking to sharpen up your cookery skills or organise a unique event, Cambridge Cookery School is a fantastic local independent just off Hills Road that offers everything from lessons to private parties.
Head chef Tine Roche trained at the world-renowned Leiths School of Food and Wine and has been imparting her knowledge along with a team of local experts since 2008.
Tine’s Scandinavian heritage means real bread is her personal passion, but classes range from bread baking to knife skills, children’s classes to courses just for gents. There is something for every age and every skill level and they all take place in the state-of-the-art kitchen complete with Neff ovens and beautiful iittala cookware.
For an event with a difference, the cookery school can also host everything from birthday parties to corporate entertaining. Tine and her team excel at running private events and can work with you to devise a bespoke itinerary and menu. You can choose to be waited on hand and foot restaurant-style, or have a go at cooking some of the food yourself.
This unique approach is also a fantastic way to lease your own private restaurant for the night – get a group of 10 or more of you together and you can have a bespoke menu, cooked for you by trained chefs and served up in the delightful kitchen.
