Turnstone Estates is to hold a public exhibition on Monday 14th February to display their current plans for a new leisure development on land at Huntingdon Street, St Neots.
Turnstone invites local residents & traders to comment on new leisure plans for St Neots
At this stage, Turnstone Estates is proposing a mixed-use leisure scheme comprising a seven screen multiplex cinema, gour new restaurants, a public square and car parking for the 1.5 acre site. Also included within the plans is a proposal to permit one of the cinema auditoria to be used for live theatre. The redevelopment is in partnership with Huntingdonshire District Council, who appointed Turnstoneas the developer last summer, and with St Neots Town Council who own part of the site.
The exhibition, which forms part of the pre-planning application public consultation for the scheme, will be held in the Cloisters in the Priory Centre in St Neots from 3.30pm to 8.45pm on Monday 14th February.
Chris Goldsmith of Turnstone said: "We hope that local residents and traders will like our preliminary thoughts for the site which will bring an exciting new leisure offer to the area. However, before we submit our planning application we would welcome feedback and comment. Therefore, we look forward to seeing as many people as possible on the 14th."
