Turnstone lets 191/192 Moulsham Street, Chelmsford

Turnstone Estates has let 2,112 sq ft (196 sqm) of office space at 191/192 Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, to three occupiers.

Security & Standard has agreed a new 10 year lease for 612 sq ft (57 sqm) at a rent of 12,450 pa, with an upward-only rent review after the fifth year.

London Scottish Bank has taken 918 sq ft (85 sqm), also on a 10 year lease at a rent of 16,500 pa, with an option to break in the fifth year.

Finally, Newell Properties Service has taken 582 sq ft (54 sqm) for a term of 3 years at an annual rent of 10,500, with an initial 3 month rent-free period.
