Turnstone Estates has secured two further tenants at Cambridge Leisure, the 272 sq ft (12,381 sqm) mixed-use scheme near Cambridge City centre.
Further lettings at Cambridge Leisure
Spirit Bar has taken a 1,670 sq ft (155 sqm) unit on an unbroken 25-year lease at a rent of 25.75 psf (277 psm).
Chinese restaurant Lucky Star has taken 6,605 sq ft (613 sqm) also for a term of 25 years, unbroken. The rent is undisclosed.
Chris Goldsmith of Turnstone Estates comments: 'I am delighted with these further lettigs, which come fast on the heels of similar lettings to Nando's, Outback and Bella Italia. This leaves only three small restaurants of the eleven to let. Interest in these is hotting up.'
The centre is anchored by a nine-screen Cineworld cinema, a 30-lane bowling alley, fitness centre and 120-room Travelodge hotel, with restaurants including Pizza Hut and Frankie & Benny's.
Turnstone was advised by Januarys and Jeffersons. The tenants were unrepresented.
Established in 1989, Turnstone is one of the most active and dynamic property companies in the south east of England.
